Requirements:

Higher education

Experience in a similar position in the FMCG companies

Experience with distributors, well-established contacts, knowledge of methods and techniques of direct sales, knowledge of the rules and techniques of negotiations and presentations.

Knowledge of the rules of planning, development and implementation of marketing activities.

Purposefulness

Punctuality, responsibility.

Availability of cars.

 

Key responsibilities:

Organization and control of team work

Implementation plans by volume, distribution and merchandising

The increase in sales volumes, the implementation of monthly targets, negotiating with clients (paperwork, fulfill contractual obligations, etc.), management focal sales agents.
